A question for you GIMP users out there.
Would anyone be interested in learning how to bend elements in GIMP.
Examples that can be achieved are creating your own bend/curved background papers, text and stitching.
Here is a sample that can be done, bit further down.
Please reply if this is of interest to you...
Cheers, Maureen :freezing: (as it's freezing here in New Zealand)

I useally work in psp, but my son has an older laptop for me to use, but it seems to be a problem to install a newer version of psp onto it. A possibillity was to install GIMP but I don't know how to work with that program, so some tutorials would be appriciated by me

Hi there GIMP users out there,
I managed to finish the tut and load on my blog at http://buttner-jenkins.blogspot.com/2008/07/gimp-digiscrapping-tutorial-creating.html, or you can also do a search on Google with "gimp digiscrap tutorial".
I haven't as yet tried using this tut method to make shaped text, perhaps another tut further down the road. :nerd:
Please let me know how you found this first tut of mine, and if you have a LO to show that would be so cool!
cheers from freezing New Zealand
