We also had our Independence-day and this pict.show's you our day on Aug.27 in the year 1913 , so our 100 years of celebration will come over 2 years in Aug..... There whas a big parade whit all the kids in my town that time,look at all those lovely out-fits , is that not lovely? there whas a music corps , and when it whas dark they had a big fire-work , and after that a big party for the older one's.This all is happening in my old home town Lemmer in the ( province friesland in the Netherlands. And the funny thing is..We also have the colours Red-White-Blue in our flag like you can see just next to the journaling ( I made it my self whit the papers alpha made by AC-Black Upper Case font Basic Sans SF papers/pict.shadowd my self whit black. Pict.is from our own Lemmer site on the net...just great to sea and read all the story's about my own home town!
